Prime contractor - Insurance

Dealing with an unexpected disaster can be daunting.  Insurance work is different in many ways - not only is the sudden damage to your home a shock, but often a person’s lifestyle is altered for an extended time. Subcontractor/Owner-builder


J E S Construction also acts as a subcontractor to some prime contractors that we have done business with for many years, as well as for owner-builders. Owner-builders are regular folks who want to act as their own general contractor.  It's not for the faint of heart, and usually people take a class or two before attempting this. Whether it's another prime contractor or an owner-builder, people will have our company come in and handle some of the more daunting work, such as foundation (structural concrete) and framing.
